We begin by grounding in humility—not as weakness, but as a source of power. You’ll map your unique leadership style and uncover how true humility catalyzes trust, unlocks collaboration, and makes space for the brilliance of others to shine.

The first seven sessions will be in person, virtual, or a mix depending on the geography of participants. Virtual sessions will be around wood-wick candlelight. In person sessions will take place around a live fire. The eighth and final session will take place in a luxurious sauna, completing the “premium” experience.

Korbin has lived and traveled throughout Scandinavia, immersing herself in ancestral sauna traditions and studying the rituals, cultural wisdom, and healing power of heat. These practices are now thoughtfully woven into the I*WE experience as a way to support transformation at the level of body, spirit, and community.
